In recent comments, LISA shared that she is currently in the early creative stage of her upcoming project. LISA revisited her trainee years at YG Entertainment, recalling how she first connected with her future BLACKPINK members. She described the early days as a time of adaptation, especially due to language barriers among the members, but emphasized how communication and trust quickly developed between them.

A Special Friendship with ROSÉ
Among all her group connections, LISA highlighted her especially close relationship with ROSÉ. The two reportedly grew very close during their trainee period, largely because both had lived abroad and shared similar experiences of being away from home and family.
LISA described their relationship as extremely close, comparing it to a “sister-like” bond formed through shared challenges, long training hours, and adapting to life in Korea as international trainees.
