Darren Walker, recently installed as president and CEO of Anonymous Content, gathered Emmy nominees at his newly acquired Los Angeles home on August 12 to celebrate the talent management firm's nominations. Walker's residence, a 4,400-square-foot property in a historic neighborhood, was designed by legendary architect Paul Revere Williams as his personal home and retains original fixtures and custom architectural elements.
Among the nominees in attendance were Sally Field (Netflix's "Remarkably Bright Creatures"), Kate O'Flynn ("Widow's Bay"), Sarah Pidgeon ("Love Story: John F Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette"), Matthew Rhys ("The Beast in Me" and "Widow's Bay"), and Sonja Warfield ("The Gilded Age").
Walker, who moved to Los Angeles earlier this year, joined Anonymous Content at the request of Laurene Powell Jobs, whose Emerson Collective owns the company. During remarks, Walker highlighted architectural details including a distinctive vanity built into one wall by Williams for his wife, Della Mae Williams. The guest list included industry figures such as Ava DuVernay, Kal Penn, Dan Lin, and LACMA's Michael Govan.
